ORDER PROCESSING 

We are currently shipping within Vietnam and to selected international countries. 

• Asia: China, Hongkong, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand
• Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
• North America: Canada, United States
• Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

Orders are processed 1-3 days after the order date and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays. 

Processing and delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or public holidays. Delivery estimates are guidelines only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including severe weather, customs inspections, or courier-related delays. 

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and delays caused by these circumstances do not qualify for refunds. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

• Standard delivery: 2-5 days via SPX 

• Express same-day delivery (Hanoi only): Shipping fees are calculated based on distance and paid directly to the driver upon delivery. Message us directly to request express delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

• Standard delivery: Orders are shipped via trusted international forwarding services or J&T Express International.  

• Express delivery: Not available. 

Once an order is processed, delivery typically takes 5–18 days, depending on the shipping destination. 

Shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout. 

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country and local authorities. Miyou is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict their amount. 

If a shipment is refused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, any import duties or fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to Miyou. 

Miyou is not responsible for uncollected, lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. 

Please ensure that all shipping details are complete and accurate before confirming your order. Miyou is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Thời gian vận chuyển dự kiến: 

• SPX standard shipping: 2-5 ngày làm việc 

• Hoả tốc nội thành Hà Nội: Phí vận chuyển được tính dựa trên khoảng cách và thanh toán trực tiếp cho tài xế khi giao hàng. Vui lòng nhắn tin trực tiếp cho Miyou nếu khách muốn yêu cầu giao hàng hỏa tốc.

Thời gian xử lý và giao hàng có thể lâu hơn trong các mùa cao điểm, thời gian diễn ra chương trình khuyến mãi hoặc các ngày nghỉ lễ.

Thời gian giao hàng dự kiến chỉ mang tính tham khảo và có thể bị ảnh hưởng bởi những yếu tố nằm ngoài tầm kiểm soát như tình hình thời tiết khắc nghiệt hoặc sự chậm trễ từ đơn vị vận chuyển.
